With emphasis on technique Vicky can tailor a programme to your needs, progressing on your strengths and building on weaker areas. Using Mat Based Pilates and the Stability Ball a therapeutic yet effective session is guaranteed.
One to one sessions can take place in the comfort and privacy of your own home and can either be booked as individual or paired sessions.
